    Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, this position will be responsible for advancing the use of electronic health and dental records to promote high quality, cost effective health care, patient satisfaction and provider/staff satisfaction throughout the organization.  Will assist the CMO in the development of strategies around clinical data management for outcomes, quality improvement/reporting, evidence-based medicine, compliance and improved workflows; ensuring the health information technology is implemented within the organization in a meaningful way.  Will lead the design and execution of technology-enabled process change that maximizes patient safety, quality of care and operational efficiency. This person has a key role in the development strategy of clinical data architecture and uses within the organization.  In partnership with medical and dental staff leaders ensures value realization with technology investments.


    • MD or doctoral level education required coupled with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting and 3+ years hands-on experience with electronic medical records system(s).
    • NextGen Certified Professional (within 6 months of initial hire)
    • Previous experience with computer-based systems required; Electronic Medical records experience preferred.
