    ASPIRUS – Chief Medical Information Officer

    Aspirus, recognized by IBM Watson as a Top 15 Health System, is seeking an innovative, collaborative and experienced informatics leader to join the system as Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO).

    The CMIO will be a strategic leader, providing the vision to guide and direct the use of clinical technologies to improve patient care and quality throughout the Aspirus health system.  The CMIO will address strategic goals, innovate and identify opportunities for optimization of clinical information systems both within the Epic EMR and in advancing new technologies to maintain Aspirus’ position as a leading provider of quality care.  To that end, the CMIO will be expected to serve as the system’s primary subject matter expert in the definition of clinical requirements for systems design, enhancement and adoption for key stakeholder groups.

    Aspirus is a non-profit, community-directed health system with more than 7,600 employees and net revenues exceeding $1 billion. Aspirus serves people in North Central Wisconsin and Upper Michigan through an extensive hospital and clinic network, home health and hospice care, pharmacies, critical care, medical goods, nursing homes, a philanthropic and research foundation, and an affiliated physician network.
