The Analytics Director (AD) is a working manager who is ultimately responsible for analytic success, the AD will report to the Analytics Officer. The AD provides analytic continuity through all phases of deployment, implements and promotes standardized methodologies, and acts in the long-term best interest of the organization. The AD manages expectations and timelines for analytic deliverables. The AD has the ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism. The AD successfully leads a Data and Analytic team to deliver all analytic aspects of the customer’s engagement. This pairing will provide leadership acting as ambassadors for the Analytic Team. The AD supports the Analytics Officer in key areas, including strategic planning around deployment, communication on the status of analytic deployment to senior leadership along with knowledge transfer and training on HC platform and technologies. The AD may further support the Analytics Officer through presentations to executive leadership. The AD role is a highly visible and influential role. - Master’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics or related field.
- 5-10 years in progressive healthcare data science, and data analytics methodologies
- Ability to work independently
- Contract Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal leadership and stakeholders, payors and contract entities.
- Clinical experience in nursing or related field.
