Association of Medical Directors of Information Systems (AMDIS) and its collaborative organization, Keene Research Institute (KRI), operate under this Refund Statement.

AMDIS does not extend refunds nor does it transfer payments for membership dues, conference registration fees, or any other payments to AMDIS or its collaborative organizations.
