welcome you to join the AMDIS
Foundation and support our mission to advance
the field of
applied medical informatics and direct physician
use of information technology to improve the practice
of medicine.
AMDIS is a non-profit physician membership organization
supported by the AMDIS Foundation of Corporate Sponsors.
AMDIS produces and co-sponsors educational programs
each year including the following:

AMDIS Foundation Members will be recognized and
acknowledged at the AMDIS booth at HIMSS and in
all AMDIS publications
The AMDIS Foundation provides financial support
for some of the professional activities of the membership.
Conference scholarships, awards, and the newsletter
are funded primarily by corporate contributions.
Corporate Sponsors/Foundation Members contribute:
$20,000 annually as a DIAMOND
Foundation Member
$12,500 annually as a Platinum
Foundation Member
$6,500 annually as a Gold
Foundation Member
$4,500 annually as a Silver
Foundation Member
$3,000 annually as a Bronze
Foundation Member
All
members participate on the AMDIS Foundation Advisory
Board. Foundation Members may attend AMDIS programs
at membership discount rates, and may participate
on the AMDIS "List Serv". AMDIS Foundation
Members have access to AMDIS Physician Members who
are the opinion leaders, decision makers, and influencers
in the world of clinical information technology.
AMDIS Foundation Members are sponsors of all AMDIS
programs including the PHYSICIAN-COMPUTER CONNECTION
Symposia. Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Foundations
Members are entitled to "free" exhibit
space, when appropriate.
